ParkLinkIt is designed to manage short-duration parking for delivery riders and operational vehicles in malls — without replacing or modifying existing parking systems.

Step 1: QR Entry

At entry, delivery riders scan a ParkLinkIt QR code. This records the entry time instantly without issuing a physical parking ticket.

Step 2: Automatic Time Tracking

Once inside, ParkLinkIt tracks the parking duration in the background. No action is required from guards or riders during the stay.

Step 3: Guard Scan at Exit

At exit, the guard scans the rider’s QR code. ParkLinkIt automatically determines whether the stay qualifies as free short-stay parking or paid parking.

Step 4: Clear Decision

The system clearly shows:

  • ✅ Free exit (within allowed time)
  • ❌ Paid exit (exceeded short-stay duration)

Step 5: Admin Visibility

Mall operations teams get access to an admin dashboard showing:

  • Total entries
